• I truly believe that there is a way to help each person who is suffering from pain and know that pain can be avoided/ lessened with the appropriate prevention program.

• In my free time, I enjoy HIIT,  running, yoga, pilates, pickleball and hiking. I believe abs are made in the kitchen and therefore love cooking homemade meals. I practice what I preach to my clients as I strive to be a good role model to the ones who surround me.
